The Executive Assistant is a strategic partner providing administrative and operational support that is critical to both productivity and organizational impact. This hands-on role requires someone who thinks strategically and executes tactically, while staying focused on key business priorities. The EA oversees scheduling, travel and expenses, and provides essential support to the SVPs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support & Productivity Optimization
• Support by coordinating and optimizing schedules to drive productivity and focus on key business priorities.
• Provide essential administrative support to SVPs reporting to the CTO, ensuring their needs are met while prioritizing the CTO's requirements.
• Time Management: Proactively organize calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and optimize time allocation.
• Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact, ensuring focus on mission-critical activities.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address potential challenges, offering practical solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
• Act as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams.
2. Meeting & Event Coordination
• Gather input from stakeholders and consolidating necessary materials to help for decision making.
• Manage the coordination of agendas and logistics for meetings when applicable.
• Oversee event planning, including coordinating location, logistics, and technology setup, ensuring timely and effective execution.
3. Financial & Travel Management
• Financial Administration: Manage expenses, ensure adherence to company policies, and assist with purchase orders (PO) creation and tracking.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange travel for SVPs, ensuring smooth logistics and compliance with travel policies, and anticipating any potential disruptions.
The Experience you bring
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English (C1 level minimum).
